Dig Site
Last updated: June 30, 2025
The Dig Site is where moles go when they've lost — or when they’re determined not to.
This is the only place where players can earn $DIG, a non-transferable mining token that serves as a second chance within the Pitcoin ecosystem. If you want $DIG, you have to dig.
Core Mechanics
Digging is an active, player-driven loop — part manual labor, part redemption.
To begin mining:
The player must connect a wallet and stake $PIT
Access to the Dig Site is unlocked
Digging is performed through manual gameplay actions
Periodic checks prevent AFK or automated farming
Each digging action triggers:
RNG roll for $DIG (rate influenced by Monty’s Mood & casino losses)
Chance of NFT loot drops (usually junk-tier)
$DIG Token
Non-transferable, non-marketable
Earned only through digging
Can be converted into $PIT at a disadvantageous rate
e.g., 100 $DIG → 10 $PIT
All converted $DIG is burned
Subject to:
Cooldowns
Daily limits
Manual redemption process
$DIG represents redemption, not profit.
NFT Drops
While digging, players may also uncover low-value NFTs, such as:
Useless equipment
Cosmetic trash
Collectible mole junk
Most are purely for comedy and crafting — but rare exceptions may exist.
Anti-Automation
To preserve fairness and economy balance:
Digging is not passive
Sessions include:
Anti-AFK prompts
Time-limited energy systems
Digging cooldowns
Bots and macro use are disallowed and detectable.
The Loop
Mining ties into the core gameplay loop:
Casino → Dig for $DIG → Convert to $PIT → Repeat
